Service Lead Assist
Service Lead Assist helps landscaping firms manage, qualify and respond to existing enquiries through a manually supervised, email-based service.Start with a 14-day pilot. No long contract. No complicated software.

The problem
You paid for the lead, inspected the property and sent the estimate. Then the follow-up stopped. Most owners are too busy running crews to chase every prospect. That means profitable work is left unbooked, even though the customer already showed interest.
How it works
1. Review: We agree the eligible records, approved wording and booking rules.2. Follow up: We prepare and supervise one client-approved email and one reminder through the client’s approved mailbox or CRM.3. Report: We route replies to your team and provide a simple results summary.

What you get
We write the messages, set the timing, connect the workflow and show you what comes back. Your team stays focused on estimates and jobs while every warm prospect gets a professional follow-up.
14-day pilot
We set up the workflow, write your messages, connect it to your current process and run it for 14 days.If it works, continue for $299 per month. If not, stop. No long contract.

Built for
Best for owner-led businesses already sending five or more estimates each week and losing time to manual follow-up.This is not lead generation. We help convert the quotes you already have.
© 2026 Service Lead Assist. We help US lawn care and landscaping businesses follow up on estimates. We are not a lead generation company and do not guarantee sales.
Done-for-you follow-up for landscaping firms
Service Lead Assist helps US landscaping firms qualify and respond to missed enquiries and older estimates using approved email scripts, clear booking rules and a simple results report. Every campaign is manually supervised.
No guaranteed leads, revenue or booked jobs. No recurring billing without a separate opt-in.
How it works
The pilot focuses on the warm opportunities already sitting inside your business. It does not generate new leads and it does not replace your sales team.
We agree the eligible records, approved wording, exclusions, reply owner and booking rules before launch.
We prepare and manually supervise one client-approved email and one reminder through your approved mailbox or CRM.
Replies are routed to your team. You receive a concise summary of responses, opt-outs and next actions.
14-day Quote Recovery Pilot
We confirm fit first. The pilot starts only after the scope, customer-data controls and approved messaging are documented.
One-time pilot
Fourteen calendar days from the agreed campaign start date.
After the pilot
Continue only if the service is useful and you actively accept a separate monthly agreement and checkout.
Who it is for
ScopeSprout is the lower-cost self-service option for contractors who want to process their own enquiries. Start with the free pilot, then continue for $19 per month by invitation.

These website terms apply to business users. Service Lead Assist is operated by Wilson Mboya, trading as Service Lead Assist.
The website provides general information and an application route. Submitting an application does not create a contract, reserve capacity, authorise outreach or trigger a payment. We may accept or decline an application after reviewing fit, data controls and capacity.
Service Lead Assist provides manually supervised, email-based enquiry and quote follow-up support for approved business clients. The exact scope is stated in the signed order or Client Service Agreement. Service Lead Assist is not a lead-generation service and does not guarantee enquiries, replies, revenue, appointments or booked jobs.
The current 14-day pilot is US$199 as a one-time payment after fit is confirmed and the agreement is accepted. A US$299 monthly service may be offered separately. The pilot never converts automatically. Monthly billing starts only after the client actively accepts a separate subscription checkout and written scope.
You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited consumer campaigns. Each party keeps its existing materials and grants only the permission needed to deliver the agreed service.

Any service-specific liability limit appears in the signed Client Service Agreement. Standard validation scope
Used with a client-specific order form
This standard form becomes binding only when the client-specific order form is completed and accepted by both parties.
Service Lead Assist is operated by Wilson Mboya, trading as Service Lead Assist. The client is the business named in the order form. The order form records the services, fee, start date, authorised contacts, approved systems and any special terms.
Service Lead Assist will provide the documented scope with reasonable care and skill. Any material change to volume, channel, audience, timing or responsibility must be agreed in writing. Service Lead Assist may pause work where instructions, approvals, access, payment or lawful-basis information are missing.
The client approves the records, scripts, exclusions, sender identity, reply route and booking rules. Service Lead Assist will not make binding promises to the client's customers or send client replies outside the authority recorded in writing.
Fees and billing dates are set out in the order form. The pilot cancellation and refund wording appears in the Pilot Terms. A monthly service continues for successive monthly periods until cancelled before the next renewal. Ending the agreement does not remove amounts already due.
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the agreement. Access will be limited to what is needed. The client must use delegated access or another approved method and must not send shared passwords by email or chat.
Each party will comply with applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing rules for its role. Where Service Lead Assist processes customer records for the client, the Data Processing Agreement below applies. The client remains responsible for its lawful basis, source records, notices, approved audience and customer-facing obligations.
Each party keeps its existing intellectual property. On full payment, the client may use client-specific deliverables internally for its business. Service Lead Assist keeps its general templates, methods, systems and know-how, excluding the client's confidential information and data.
Service Lead Assist will perform the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Results depend on the client's data, offer, market, timing and follow-through. No number of replies, appointments, sales, revenue or booked jobs is promised.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Service Lead Assist's aggregate liability arising from a service period will not exceed the fees paid for that service period, except where a different limit is written in the order form.
The signed agreement and order form are the entire agreement for the service. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
Applies where Service Lead Assist processes customer records for a client
The client is controller and Service Lead Assist is processor for the client-supplied records described in the order form. Service Lead Assist will process those records only on documented instructions, including the approved campaign, response handling, reporting, security, return and deletion instructions, unless law requires otherwise.
Service Lead Assist will limit access to authorised people under confidentiality duties and use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including least-privilege access, strong authentication, secure business systems, data minimisation, suppression screening and deletion controls.
The client gives general authorisation for providers needed for business email and files, hosting, payments, scheduling, security and any client-approved CRM or mailbox route. Service Lead Assist remains responsible for appropriate processor terms and will give reasonable notice of a material new subprocessor where required. Any restricted international transfer will use a permitted transfer mechanism.
Taking account of the processing, Service Lead Assist will provide reasonable assistance with data-subject requests, security, impact assessments and regulator enquiries. It will notify the client without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting the processed records and will provide available information needed for the client's assessment.
At the client's choice, Service Lead Assist will return or delete processed records, normally within 30 days. Protected backups are normally overwritten within 90 days. Reasonable compliance evidence will be available subject to confidentiality and security controls.
The client confirms that its instructions and supplied records are lawful, accurate, limited to what is needed and covered by appropriate notices and rights handling. The client is responsible for the lawful basis for customer outreach and for approving the sender identity, content, audience, suppression rules and channel.
